Cozy and clean
Staff was very friendly, accommodating and full of great manners.
Very nice staff, made us feel welcome.
There was no dining or meal service while we were present.
Free airport shuttle and shuttle to Dania Point. Proximity to dinning, shopping and airport. The staff was also friendly. Complimentary toothbrushes were a life saver.
Really only just slept. Stayed 1 night to go on a cruise. Paid and Parked at hotel and Paid for transport to Port.
Location was great. It was comfortable room was clean.
The pool and hot tub

I was a little worried after I had read some reviews. However my own experience was terrific! This hotel was a very nice hotel. The beds were comfy, we loved the extended tub/shower and the eating/waiting area in the lobby was very spacious. The food at their bistro was very good too! The best part was the staff! They were very kind and accommodating when we arrived before our room was ready. They stored our luggage so we could grab lunch and visit Bass Pro next door. They really know how to take care of their cruising guests! At any one time, they have about 10-20 guest coming in to stay. At the same time they've got about 20-30 people boarding shuttles to take them to the cruise port. Everything was handled professionally. I would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was the typical buffet that hotels without full service restaurants are serving these days--scrambled eggs that we weren't sure were made from fresh eggs or not, etc. Seating was adequate. The shuttle from the airport and back was usable--although there was a bit of a wait at the busy FLL airport.
